Stopping to Smell the Flowers

I had a lovely walk today!

The construction was not going on in the neighborhood.

While I went through the park at the other end were some boys playing American football in their backyard. The ball went over the fence and I picked it up and handed it to one of the boys that thanked me.

I said: “enjoy.”

As I continued on my walk there was a man and a woman who were probably out for Mother’s Day making their next plans on where to walk.

As I was coming home I passed some tempting lilacs and stopped to smell them.

Wonderful!

The weather is beautiful and Canada is so awesome in good weather! I walk sometimes in the winter, too, as long as it is not too cold.
