The Joy of Routine

Work is a sacred thing. I think some people do not like their work. This I can understand. It consistently amazes me that at many moments, I can generate for myself the same income I would make working for someone else. There are a number of resources online that make it possible to connect with awesome people, even right here in Canada, who can use the services that you can offer. Some positions have been offered to me to work for someone else. I have yet, particularly this year, been able to find one that would be worth it financially to cease working from home.
I can honestly say that once you reach a certain age and stage of development with your career and your skills, the temptation to work for yourself increases - it appears to be the obvious choice and how to live your life, how to excel beyond your wildest of dreams, especially with the kind and the type of human you are trying to become.
Airbnb is something that I am happy to be a part of, and it has made creating the ideal working situation all about. Since I do most of my work from home, plus Airbnb scaled down drastically on online appearances, the in-person appearances I have with Airbnb are extremely special to me. I had a Native American as a guest last week, and it was such an awesome experience! Her level of wisdom, intelligence, beauty, and creative flow with a book that she has written, called The Pocketbook, is awesome. The book is available on Audible right now and is in the process of being made available in paperback, plus eBook:
I received the gift of hearing this book read to me out loud by the author. Also, thanks to Airbnb, I had the opportunity to connect with Chef Lara, the author, to be entertained by the contents of this amazing book! Do check it out when you have a chance. It is a wonderful book!
