Today I really enjoyed my walk! It was cold outside, but this helped to keep me awake. I was planning my day and I am in the process of creating a new TV show with a company that is based in the Caribbean that I can do online. I would like to do an additional show for an African station that is based here in Canada. I contacted them and came up with a clearer idea on the different show ideas while I was walking today.
This is what I love about walking! You can clear your mind and think of all kinds of things to help you to organize your work, your day, and your life overall.
